The difference you will make to cats and people

At Cats Protection we sell our most interesting, unusual and wonderful donated items in our Online Shop. As an eBay Live volunteer, you’ll be based in our Midsomer Norton Online Hub, helping to turn our donated goods into sales online and raise vital funds so that we are able to help more cats and kittens. 

eBay Live is a friendly, interactive way of showcasing items in real time to people watching online. You’ll help choose a small selection of items, work with the team to prepare simple talking points, and take part in a live session (up to an hour) where you chat through the items and answer questions as they come in.

• Cover agreed out-of-pocket expenses in line with our Expenses Policy
• Provide you with access to learning, development and engagement opportunities
• Train you and help you develop new transferable skills for your CV
• Equipment will be provided

What we need from you

•        Confident in front of a camera and being live to an audience
•        A basic knowledge of eBay or other online selling platforms is a bonus 
•        You’ll need to be aged 18+

Time expectation

Our eBay live volunteers usually spend around two to four hours per week in this role.

This role is flexible and can be shared by more than one volunteer if needed.
